Monday Blues!
Okay what rubbish is that,
school's out please!

BUT, i still went to school,
with Chia Jia Wei.
Hehheh.

Did yeah, things.
(:
Down to j8,
walkwalk,
talktalk,
teatea.

Home after,
2+3, met TiYingYng
Went to watch movie,
home.

Tuesday,
school with TiYingYng,
HAHAH!
While waiting for MrsTeo, toured 2 p6s & parents around,
then finally met her.

Bleah bleah.
HAHAHHAHA.
Lunch at longjohn's.

Off to find our way to the centre,
the journey there's nice.
We're mad people,
we made 45cents to take a bus across a field.

The truth is we had no idea where Avenue 10 was,
and the signboard told us we're in Avenue 8,
so we asked for directions
and the buzz shop lady said
oh veryvery far away
so yeah bus it was..

Reached the bus stop and had to trace our steps back
'cos we kinda overshot.
Visited the centre.
Real cosy and nice.
Hah!

Friendly people/staff there too.
Introduced about the children to us.
And it was done for the day.

Went to Hougang Mall,
ChengSan Library.
I so HATE that library.
Annoying computers and everything else.

Mad a fool of myself
looking for Shakespeare's books.
I still want Macbeth, in a story version!

Okay whatever.
Trained to ToaPyoh.
Popular-ed.
Whooo!
i love books!
(i really do)

ToaPyoh library after,
Shakespeare's madness.
Got the books,
did their lovely exercise.

Waited for the bus,
home it was.

Wednesday,
Made my IC in the morning,
yeah finally.
Wasted an hour plus, 'investigating' some rubbbish!
Could be reading my macbeth man!

Trained back to Bishan after,
Met my mum,
lunched at junction8,
and home after.

Today,
Woke up, Dragged on
and got ready to meet ClarissaMok!
HAHHAHA.
United Square first,
waiting for all the office people to leave,
so we went lunching
then decided to start homework and i started to perspire like mad,
so back to the aircon,
at some small table

& i was too tall
so my legs were hitting the table and got no back support
so left, back to macs
gummies accompined us.

History managed to get done.
SocialStudies too.

Ridiculous!

Days been passing rather quickly.

I'll have detailed post about the past few days, tomorrow.

I saw the most ridiculous thing, and it seriously pissed me off.
Idiots, there's no better word to describe them.
I guess Singaporeans are just so.. __________.
This is my SECOND time witnessing something this mad.

Anyways, i was in this rather packed train this morning,
on my way back from Lavender.
Everyone rushed into the empty train to reserve a seat for themselves
like as if it would hurt so much to be standing for like 10minutes if there wasn't any seat?

Yeah, i remained standing.
This malay lady who was pregnant was standing right in front of me,
holding onto the poles of the train and looking around
hoping for a kind soul to offer a seat,
but NONE did.

At Orchard, some left some and others came in.
She was walking to a seat that she had already eye-d and another idiot who had just came into a train (young, fit guy)pushed her
just to sit on the seat where she had been walking towards!

WHAT ON EARTH HAS HAPPENED TO THE KINDNESS THAT SINGAPOREANS USED TO HAVE?!

So she remained standing and kept looking at the people at the priority seats,
and what were they doing?!
Suddenly when she looks at them they all happened to fall asleep at the same time!
Goodness!

Would it kill to just stand and offer a seat?

Yesterday when YingYng and I were in the train on our way back from Punngol line, we saw this overly pregnant woman,
like going to give birth anytime kind
and she was standing, trying so hard to not lose her balance.

Something have gone really wrong in the minds of these commuters.
I just don't know how to describe their behaviour,
ignorant might be a good word.

I'm not pointing out anyone's wrong here,
i'm just stunned at how people can actually behave when it comes to things like this,
why'd you have to push a pregnant woman just to get a seat?!

If people do such things and leave the commuters who need the seats most standing,
it only shows one thing,
the 'priority seat scheme' has failed.

Why?
In the end, normal healthy people are sitting on those seats that should be offered to the elders/senior citizens/ pregnant woman if there are any around.

There's nothing more i want to say,
i've said enough.

Agapeland Sundays!

I'm back to my frequent day to day updates!
(:

After a week of typing and uploading of UK pictures,
goodness!
I think i've never had a post that long,
ever before.

What do i do on a Sunday?
Just like any usual one(:

Out of bed @ 7am.
Church-ed in the morning.
I'm missing Clarissa's high-pitched voice in my ears all throughout the service, hah.
It was way cold today,
i was shivering throughout,
hah.

Agapeland after.
Too many children today!
Combined worship with the Primary section,
& class rocked!

Aaron kept playing with my bracelet
and sticking to me
'cos i helped him to colour

Ethan was jumping around me,
when i gave him a sticker.
& he's adorable

Nathan started running all around the small room,
shouting 'Jiejie Tashkaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!'
Xiaver played london bridge with me
aw, i miss London.

Yeah that's about it.
HAHAH!
Only pictures can explain all of these weird actions i did with the little children,
another time then.
(:

I'm tired,
goodbye!
--
I started my holiday assignment,
which made my computer go crazyyyy!

Would someone volunteer to help me type a 500 word tamil article?
I did it in english, about to print out and then realised,
i'm taking 3mins for a letter, roughly 5 minutes a word,
500 words is going to lead to, 2500 minutes.
Goodness Gracious!

Let me tell you what the assignment was,
'Endangered Animals' - 500 words.
That's all that is stated in the holiday assignment paper!

LIKE GUIDELINES PLEASE!
& thanks for those who help try to turn the laptop back to english.

Everything changed to tamil,
all thanks to this assignment.
Great.

I think its time for bed.
I hope CMC Childrens' Home reply me by tomorrow!
:/

Goodnight.

Field-Trip to the United Kingdom(:

Day 1 , 5th November 2008

School in the morning, Anbarasi's lesson. There was a twist in today's class. Bhisman came along! He's the bomb man! :D We were given the current day O topic for Tamil to discuss, sheesh. His ideas were hilarious, and he seriously is a good debater when Miss Anbarasi is concerned. Ha! So lesson was so so so so enjoyable! After lesson, said my goodbyes, to both my friends & her of course. I'll miss her lessons! And headed over to Junction 8 for lunch with Bhisman & Shalin. ( To know that j8's so nearby but someone wanted to cab there, madness!) Walked over to junction8 and decided to lunch at Pizza Hut, since they had a students' offer + a set meal. Hah. Talked about the most random stuff, conversations full of laughter & suspicion, ha! Bought the last last minute staff before heading home and packing it all in, rested for an hour plus before confirming the things I've brought, just to make sure that I've not left anything behind! Got ready and left home to the airport! Had dinner with the family, met Nurul & Rooban there. When it was reaching 9.30, heading to the meeting point before checking in. Soon after checking in it was time to say our goodbyes to our parents and head to the departure gates for our flight. Elaine was then introduced, she was our tour guide for the trip, the one in charge of the whole trip, heh. Goodbye to everyone and we set in! I got stuck at the metal machines 'cos I was asked to go to the automatic side where all you had to do was tap your passport & a thumbprint later in the row and that's it! But i don't own an IC, YET! HAHA! So i was asked to queue up all the way at the end, for the lady to stamp it, bleah.

Duty Free shopping time! Partnered Liyana (she's the bomb!) , Nurul & Cassandra. (: We didn't really do shopping, we just went to chat at some corner. Only to realise that he had 5 minutes to meet at the meeting point and it didn't seem that far until we saw this sign which goes, 'Sky Shuttle to A5 ->' So you can imagine how long was the distance we had to cover. We decided not to waste time waiting for the shuttle, so we RAN with all our trolleys from travelators to more travelators! (spelling?) Finally reached the boarding area, phew. After boarding the plane, i was relaxing only to realise that there was something wrong with the communication box. At first it didn't really concern us until we were asked to EVACUATE the plane while they fix the problem. First time in such a situation! Left to the boarding area again. We remained there for close to an hour. After 15 minutes, another row of seats were also asked to evacuate! Goodness! You can actually see people lying on the floor, sleeping. It was 126am when were asked to board the plane, again. An hour + 26minutes delay, gosh. Settled down in the plane. The journey was alright, i love long rides! I spent the time not watching movies but hearing music. Aw, lovely. Got to know a new country star in 'krisworld', she has a lovely voice. I listened to eat over & over again. Here are 2 of my favorite songs from her:

"that song in my head" by julianne hough

(jim collins/tony martin/wendell mobley)

1st verse

you were hangin' your feet off

the tailgate of billy don's ford

i grew up in this little bitty town

never seen you before

you were swayin' in the moonlight

while the radio played

and i've

i've had that song in my head all day, yeah

2nd verse

it was a sweet southern soulful thing

that got me down deep

you caught me starin' at you

but you smiled back at me

started slingin' that air guitar

man, you sure can play

and i've had that song in my head all day

chorus

(i) don't know who sings it

i keep searchin' the radio

i just wanna hear it

so i can watch that video

i got in my head of a blue-eyed boy

dancin' in the bed of a two-tone ford

oh lord, is it love?

i just can't say

(but i've)

(i've had that song in my head all day)

(playin' in my head all day)

3rd verse

i said, 'how 'bout an autograph for 'ya

your biggest fan?'

you wrote your name and your number

in the palm of my hand

my heart and that big bass speaker

were thumpin' away, and i

i've had that song in my head all day

(chorus out)

I remember the shirt I was wearing

And the way I was staring

When I saw your face

And how I felt as unstable

As the patio table

That September day

And Madonna was playing

From a car that was waiting

For the light to turn

And it only took a minute

The love that had me in it

And the fire began to burn

It's insane, sane, sane

But I'd stand in front

Of a train, train, train

Just to hold your hand

In the pouring rain, rain, rain

Yeah I'd jump off a cliff, cliff, cliff

Just to kiss your pretty lips, lips, lips

I'd do anything I that gotta do

Just to be with

You, You, You

Well I'd seen you before

A couple times or more

I even called your friend

But when the stars were ready

You were always going steady

Up there on the fence

And when love came around

My guard was never down

I was quick on my feet

And I never would've thought

That I'd ever get caught

With my heart on my sleeve

Yeah I know it's insane, sane, sane

But I'd stand in front

Of a train, train, train

Just to water your flowers

In the pouring rain, rain, rain

Yeah I'd jump off a cliff, cliff, cliff

Just to kiss your pretty lips, lips, lips

I'd do anything I that gotta do

Just to be with

You, You, Yeah, You

Well I would run every stop sign

And I don't care

I would always be the first one there

Just to see that look in your eyes

When you know that you never have to, have to ask me twice

Yeah I know it's insane, sane, sane

But I'd stand in front

Of a train, train, train

Just to wash your car

In the pouring rain, rain, rain

Yeah I'd jump off a cliff, cliff, cliff

Just to kiss your pretty lips, lips, lips

I'd do anything I that gotta do

Just to be with

You, You, You

Just to hold your hand

Water your flowers

Hm, just to be with

You, You, You

Day 2, 6th November 2008

We reached Manchester at 4pm Singapore time, 7.30am Manchester Time. Waited for the coach for awhile before we set off to our first place, Lake District. The journey there was great, lovely scenery since it was a first time visiting such a country. Ha. We had a poetry session at Rydal Mount, William Wordsworth's home. He has a real beautiful garden, where your imagination can really run wild! Beautiful place, full of live with the greenery and colour from the plants. Learnt more about William Wordsworth and how he got all his inspirations for poetry through the beauty of his garden.

We had lunch (which was just wholemeal bread with tuna & a packet of orange juice.) in his garden before we left and headed to the village, Grasmere, where we had a look at the graves of the Wordsworth's family and had a walk around the village before stopping by a Gingerbread shop, they bake fresh Ginger Bread alright! But heh, I'm not a ginger person and i found it a little too strong after tasting it. Ha. Walked through the churchyard and back to the bus soon after, it was time for a cruise on the Lake Windermere, i really enjoyed the cruise. Yes, it WAS cold but think positive, you won't get to enjoy such breezy weather in Singapore, you won't get to fight against the wind, you won't get to sit at the top of a boat and cruise all the way to the other end of the lake with beautiful surroundings around you! And what's more, we had a sea-gull who kept interrupting our peace by trying to cause trouble from swaying from side to side with the boat, it refused to leave! (and everyone was just so afraid that it'll poop onto our heads so we just screamed when it came closer and closer to us!) HAHA!

We had a free time after that, did a little shopping at the lake. Didn't buy much, just for 2 shakers! Walked around till it was meeting time. Enjoyed the exploring time! Ha, and headed for dinner at a PUB! :D (It's not what you think alright, the pubs there are CHILDREN-FRIENDLY.) Had a piece of beef with potatoes & vegetables and dinner was done. Dessert was a mudcake with ice-cream (something real cold) and so when everyone walked out of the pub, we were shivering! Ran towards the bus, ha. The coach drove us to our Travel Lodge and that completed Day 2. We tucked into bed right away, with Liyana, Nurul & Cassandra as my room mates. (:

Day 3, 7th November 2008

Woke up at 6.30 in the morning, had breakfast in our room. The girls wanted to have their cup noodles while i had the given chocolate loafs with my hello panda, ha! Showered and packed up and off to the coach. Amirul & Rooban helped us with the carrying of our luggage into the coach area for luggages. So we didn't have to do it! Had a rather long coach ride to Harworth where we learnt about the Bronte Sisters. We arrived a little early so we had our debrief session on some highland near the meeting point. Geesh, the place was terrible 'cos it was the home for the sheep(s) so HAHA you can imagine what it would be like! When everything ended we went over to the meeting room to learn about the Bronte Sisters. I'm so going to get the Jane Ere book to read, I really enjoyed the presentation. Headed over to the Bronte Museum, it was the EXACT things that they left behind, including the ORIGINAL couch that the dad died on. Freaky eh? Oh and they had this clock, like some 'grandfather's clock' and it has an alarm at 9pm every night and that had to be BED-TIME! Goodness! And goes on every night till they died?! I wonder why all English writers have such a short span of life, even William Wordsworth had such a short span of life. I wonder why.

We had lunch after, a wholemeal cheese sandwich with a bottle of blackcurrant juice. Renee, Joan, Liyana, Nurul, Cassandra & I headed over to a pub which was walking distance away to have a hot chocolate, oh heaven man! Soon after the teachers came inside the pub to have their lunch so we decided to leave and did a little walking around the town area. Hah. Didn't really buy anything, just looked around. Headed back to the meeting point when the time was up and heard that it was going to be a 5hour ride to Telford , madness. In the beginning i was a little bus-sick 'cos of the smell but after awhile i was fine again. Reached the Youth Hostel, Coalport YHA and went into our rooms, my room-mates this time was Liyana, Cassandra, Nurul, Renee, Joan & myself. Double Decker beds in the rooms, 3 of them. Liyana & I took one, the one closest to the toilet and also facing the door, ahah. We had to cover our own beds and pillows including the blanket. So we did so before heading for dinner at the cafeteria. Dinner was a piece of pizza with apple crumble and wedges + vegetables. I wasn't that hungry plus the food wasn't really good either. The pizza was too tomato-ay & cheesy plus thick and kinda difficult to chew 'cos its oversized and rubbery. Ha! So yeah, after dinner it was debrief @ the lounge and bedtime. :)

Goodnight!

The rest are in Liyana's camera (i think?)

Day 4 , 8th November 2008.

Happy Birthday Clarissa Mok & Bhavna! Love. Anyways it was up and early for us 'cos we were heading to different places again today. Packed our bags, removed our bed sheets & pillow cases plus the quilt covers and returned them before heading to the cafeteria for breakfast. Hmm. Breakfast was tasteless? Cereal with milk, Croissant (spelling?) with beans and scrambled eggs. Yeah. It was drizzling today. Gah. Put our luggage into the coach before walking to the tile factory where we designed our own tiles. My! It was extremely hardddd! And to know that the instructor said that 7 year olds did it the week before we arrived, how on earth did they manage to man?! I squeezed till my hands were like white as paper! Seriously killer, but i managed to in the end! With the help of MrsLee & the instructor too of course! :D Let's see how the tile looks like when it reaches Singapore. When to some museum shop after, nothing much. Hah. Before heading to the bus. And geesh. I was feeling so so bloatedddd, & I've got no idea why. Lunched at some pub. Ham & Chips, delicious. But I didn't have any appetite and after i felt even more bloated. Coach ride to the iron bridge. Beautiful side but i wasn't quite interested 'cos i hadn't a clue on what he was saying plus my stomach was like going mad. Reached the coach and slept, ha. Till it was dinner, and i was much better by then. Yippie. Had chicken jacket, but i didn't quite finish it either, only the potatoes and MissWong made sure i ate the peas and carrots so i did as told. (: Travelled to the travel lodge for the day's accommodation and off to bed after.

Day 5, 9th November 2008

We were at Stratford-upon-Avon! Woke up early, got out of bed and headed to the shower. After packing up and loading our bags into the coach we went to McDonalds (!!) for our breakfast. For once, the portion's for a Singaporean to eat. And hey, i finished my whole plate of hotcakes, for once! If i remember correctly, that was the only meal where I finished everything on my plate, goodness! Met our tour guide that would bring us around Shakespeare's 'hometown' which is Stratford-upon-Avon basically. Hah. This was the best place i went to. The place is beautiful, unique buildings and it is very modern too, reminds me of Orchard Road but less crowded and more friendly people! Christmas decorations were also up already and so it was just wonderful. What made it even more better was that it was Memorial Day that day, which meant that we could witness the marches that took place like right before our eyes! Visited his birthplace, deathplace, theatres, rivers etc. And then the tour ended and it was free time!

Shop, shop, till you drop! :D Went shopping with the usual 6, Rooban came along towards the end. Headed to places like HMV, Departmental Stores, Dorothy Perkins (spelling?), H&M etc. H&M has no outlet in Singapore and i think the clothes there's really nice and not too expensive too. Hah. And most of the shopping time, you would be able to catch us there! ;) Bought stuff from H&M, HMV, Clarie's, Tesco Supermarket before heading back to our meeting point which was, McDonalds! (: Had tea there, since we missed our lunch and headed for dinner, which was she shops down the same lane. GREAT! Dinner was.. yikkes! Some rubbery steak that looked uncooked with a whole chunk of fat around it, bleah. It had a pineapple on top, but I stayed away from it. Oh and the steak, it was as good as eating 500g of salt (!!) , ew. Headed over to another travel lodge and that marked the end of the day!

Pictures for Day 5!

Day 6, 10th November 2008

Watched television in the morning 'cos we woke up super early, which made me kind of hyper after that! HAHAH. Bathed before having our own breakfast which for me was, hello panda - 4 packets! :O Too hungry i guess? And when did i say i can survive without my hello panda? (: Loaded our bags into the coach before heading to Oxford and to Oxford University where we met Nuala and she toured us round the school, the university is really really interesting. You have 1-1 tutors and the chapel is.. beautiful. The ceiling is very well done. The place is just so different, unique. So vintage like too? Oh nice, really. The only bad thing was we were there only for a day and the rain just poured and poured and poured which made us feel colder than the usual temperature, made us wet, and some fell and one of them was Liyana. ): After the touring around oxford university we went to 'Covered Market' and it was free time again!

But i followed Liyana together with Nurul, Cassandra, Elaine, MissWong and MrChua to the doctor's. They couldn't find a suitable one so we headed all the way back to some place near the covered market to go to the pharmacy. After that we were free and easy so we headed for lunch at Burger King, first time trying Burger King's Chicken Fillet burger and it was yummy! MrsLee and MrJames(?) joined us soon after. After lunch, it was time to go to the meeting point and time to make our way to London! Reached London that night, Debrief before dinner. Dinner was, okay. Cafeterias are strict i guess? Ha! After that it was lights off time, but today since Renee, Cassandra & Liyana were at MrChua's room preparing for the presentation, Nurul, Joan and myself had 'girls talk' HA! Well it was about London and things like that, and that was also when i got to know Joan & Nurul more! Esp. Joan 'cos I've never talked to her before. Ha, soon after everyone came back to the room so we washed up and went to bed soon after.

Day 7, 11 November 2008

Woke up, bathed. No packing needs to be done 'cos we aren't leaving the hostel! Breakfast @ the cafeteria, Croissants, beans & Cereal! Ha. It was our first day in London, yay? We visited a school there, Harris Academy ( i hope i got the spelling right! )  It was just a 10minutes drive from the hostel. And their school is HUGE and you're so not allowed to use their lifts unless you're going to the 8th story and more, they have 3 buildings which have that amount of stories, imagine climbing from one building to another without the help of the lift, goodness gracious! We went to a room for an introduction of Singapore, done by Glenda & Cassandra and Mr Chua did a presentation about our school, to the students there. After that we were assigned buddies and we left with our buddies.

Our first period was family time - everyone's were. It sounds weird, doesn't it? But its actually set aside 45 minutes a day, where students from a mixture of grades (grade 7-11) come together in various classes to complete tasks together so that they can bond with each other, it can be educational or sports or singing, dancing, basically whatever the teacher plans to do. For me, we introduced ourselves to one another and then we were given some game to solve, a world cup game, where you had like 40 countries on a sheet of paper and you had 3 other pieces of papers with questions asking you like hinting you the country and so, you're suppose to choose the correct answer. For example, the country that plans nuclear attacks often and is a communist = North Korea. It was way way tough! Well, the example given was the easiest! Probably because we back in Singapore don't learn such things! HA! After the activity it was break time, had a apple pie? Oh! And i had a conversation with Elaine, she really rocks kayyy! :D After break time, we had to join our buddy in her next period. Mine was.. Art (OF ALL SUBJECTS, I HATE TO DRAW!) Went in, i felt like some celebrity? Everyone's eyes are on you! We didn't want to really disturb the class 'cos they were preparing for their GCSE Exam in April, so yeah they were like doing their coursework and not having a lesson kind so we just observed how it's like before heading back to the cafeteria for lunch! The food's yummy! Fleshy chickens they have! HAHAHA! That marked the end of the school trip and my, i had so much fun!

Said our goodbyes and got back on the coach, Literature separated from the D&T group and we went to the British Museum. SPELL B.O.R.I.N.G. (!!) All artefacts and pots and ceramic stuff with sculptures, nothing really fantastic. Let the pictures do the talking instead. After the museum went over to Covent Market where we had 3 hours to shop! When to all the branded names plus Jubilee Market & H&M and bought more gifts again! AND I HAD ICE CREAM, LIME! FANTABULOUS! (I don't think there's such a word, but i shall create one, HAH!) In the cold weather, lime is aww. Anyways, after everything headed over to the meeting point and walked a long long distance in the crowded crowded place to go to, Chinatown! (in London of course.) And we went to a Chinese Restaurant for dinner. But i didn't really enjoy the food, i wanted tofu! :( But i ate, ha. After the dinner, walked all the way to the theatre to watch Woman in Black, very small theatre though. And my was that show a horrer thriller! HAHA! Anyways, in the beginning i was just talking to Ervin, and i slept through till it was interval time. Second part of the show i was wide awake 'cos it was the scarier part and also alot of screaming from the audience but the background sound effects they added into the play, woah scaryyyy! But! When it came to the scary parts or once i heard the sound effect, i looked onto the ground, only thrice i think i looked up to see what would happen. HA! After the play the bus took us back to the Hostel and bed time!

Day 8, 12 November 2008

Got dressed, headed down for breakfast. The same breakfast 'cos i don't eat Scrambled eggs! (: Gathered and parted with the D&T group. We headed to Shakespeare's globe Theatre. London's traffic is chaotic! The road's are so narrow and they don't put signs that they have closed roads till you get to the point! So our bus, after sending the D&T group off went to a closed road, and had no way of reversing out 'cos there was a whole string of vehicles behind, and the bus even if it reversed, it could not exit from the left 'cos it wouldn't be able to fit into the road. Goodness. If i were the driver i'll get down from the bus and ask someone help to drive the bus out of the whole area! Hee. After 25 minutes of traffic directing and all, we got out of the mess. The signboard was damaged, the lamp post was hit, the dustbin had to be moved. And we, just fell asleep throughout the chaos!  But when we waked up, we did a hip hip hooray thing for John, the bus driver. HA! Because of this, we reached Globe Theatre 35 minutes late, whoopsy. We reached and went for a tour, learnt more about yeah Shakespeare of course! And how people sailed across the sea, just to pay a penny to be a stinker and stand at the front of the open-roofed theatre to watch a play, in the 1830s. That time, Shakespeare's Globe wasn't considered IN London! Cool right? Then we toured all the different places of the Globe before heading over to the workshop room, where we had to act scenes of Macbeth!  I SO ENJOYED MYSELF WITH ALL THE WEIRD ACTIONS! :D Like some Hawaii Dance kind we had to go, 'He's done the deed, He's done the deed, He's done the deed!' HAHAHA. After all the acting, it was lunch time, Ham & Cheese Sandwich with hot soup along the sea. Beautiful! After we were done eating took a few pictures before heading back to the coach and to BBC!

BBC ROCKSSSSS! SO SO SO SO COOL MAN! And i bet, none of you have ever been inside before! *winks Toured the place, the studios are HUGE! Saw them prepare for some charity show the next day, see we SAW them LIVE and YOU did not! :P  Saw the large studios too, got the chance to see how the weather was forecasted, how Journalists sat in a huge place writing and editing articles, and how the actual news reporter reports! Something new i learnt, how many people do you think are there in a reporting room, which has 2 reporters and telecasts to the world?  There's only THREE people. 2 reporters & one sound manager, which takes care of everything else in the room from the cameras to the sound system to the mikes, to the screens, EVERYTHING! Cool isn't it?

Sent back to Covent Garden, shopping time. This time only 45 minutes 'cos we arrived Covent late due to traffic! Rushed here, there everywhere but couldn't find topshop, ha. Didn't want to find it anymore so instead we just went to H&M, again. Realised we were late, so ran all the way back to Jubilee Market, grabbed a few stuffs and ran to Pizza Hut. Phew, not that late! Dinner time, Pizzas of course and it was a buffetttt! Yummy! Ate 3 pieces, and i was full enough. Ha. Walked to the theatre for Lion King after! AHHHA! The songs very niceee! But half the time i was dozing off, heh. Tired tired! Elaine woke me up once! HA! Anyways, it was such a nice show, so much better compared to Woman in Black man! Hee. Back to the hotel after the show and  hate something to tell MissWong, but i didn't quite know how to or when to, ha. So i did, when she was there. Heee. When to her room to repair my phone, boil water and get HOT CHOCOLATE 'cos i was craving for it for like madness. Kept stumbling in my words but i told her what i wanted to say, yay? Heh. Talked for a little while, headed back to my room, packed all my things and off to bed. Nurul and I were talking about someone so we were the last 2 to sleep. Two funny conversations that day:

Elaine: I'm going to Dubai, Bahrain next week ..... ...

Tashka: WHAT? HUH? You are going to BUY Bahrain next weekkkk? HUH? WHY?!

Elaine: *laughs* I think you're really tired.

   2.
Roomates are all busy packing our bags and suddenly someone comes knocking on your door. Nurul hops over all the bags to get the door.

MrJames: Girls. Go and sleep i can hear your'll talking about your mothers from here.

Nurul: o.0 *turns around and looks at us* we all packing our bags, not talking

Liyana: Ya la MrLau we where got talking about our mothers!

MrJames: Oh okay go and sleep la, tomorrow then pack.

* i burst out laughing uncontrollably!* Everyone follows after me.

Anyways, picture time!

Day 9, 12th November 2008

Its the last day in London, or in other words, UK!): Woke up, did all the last minute packing and off to breakfast. Same breakfast, nothing new. When back to the room, collected all the luggages and packed them up into the coach. We then had a city tour of London, no explanation needs to be done, right? The pictures can do the talking! Ha, we just visited different places, walked here and there and poof we landed somewhere near where the princess lives. We witnessed the change of parade. Let me explain this. HA! There would be a ceremony for the change in guards for every 48hours for the princess and at 11.30am every 48hourly, the new assigned guards on duty for the next 48 hours would have to SIGN a contract, every single one of them, and the band plays to while they sign the contract. Next over at the princess's place, the guards who are not going to be on duty for the next 48 hours would have a march-out parade. When that's done, its done. at 12pm, the new guards on duty for the next 48hours who have already finished signing the contract, would march into the palace. Once they have done so, the horses would ride in, with higher ranked officials i guess. Isn't that amazing? This happens every 48hours!

That was the last place we toured and it was an hour's free! Last minute shopping at Oxford Street. Followed Nurul to find her Topshop, wow! 4 storys hey! But since we were rushing we didn't get alot of things. I only bought things from sports world. We were running late, so we ran back all the way to the meeting point, and phew we made it in time. (: And that was it, our time in UK had ended, so fast to come to think of it. Many many learning points, good points, some bad points but all in all, awesome memories!

&& i miss herrr. ):

Alright dedications now;

Elaine: Ha! The first on my list. You won't be able to see this, yeah since you're currently 'buying' Bahrain now. But yes, the trip to UK is awesome only because you were leading us and you were part of it. Thanks for making this trip a lovely one and i'll seriously miss you saying 'wake-y wake-y we've reached' and all the small chats i had with you! ha. And thanks for being so patient with us too, and i'm still amazed at how you can walk that fast in the highest heals, HAHAHA! You rock, alright and i miss you! There's more than this to say.. but i don't know how to put it down in words. Whoops. You're just amazing!

MissWong: MISS WONG! HAHAHA. Its my first time in my entire school life that i actually talked to you, ha! I always just see you up on stage sharing devotions or chapel lessons but i never really had the chance to say anything about it or talk to you, but i guess i managed to during this trip and i got to know you better and not only , 'the teacher that i always see on stage' but a very nice and caring teacher indeed. (: Thanks for being part of this trip and also for the chocolate! THANKYOU MISS WONGGG! :D And yay, i feel happy knowing that i've said what i wanted to say to you since a long time ago! Ha!

MrsLee: MRS LEE! Ha, i actually have alot to say. Then again, i can't put them down in words. Argh. Okay it was nice talking to you again, after like a year and i miss having you as my form teacher but during this trip i managed to talk to you again! And recall all the past year having you as my form teacher/english teacher/lit teacher/ CME teacher, HA!  And the trip was also very memorable 'cos you were around and with all the small yet funny things you said, (: And and.. THANKYOU FOR EVERYTHING MRS LEE! :D

Miss Amy: You didn't go to UK with us ): But i'm very sure that you were the one behind the scenes planning and everything else, just to make this trip possible for us, even for me you were the one that asked me to go even though in the beginning i was reluctant 'cos i didn't have a partner yet and didn't know anyone who was going other than for _________. But still you gave me the opportunity to go and asked me to go, so THANKYOU MISS AMY! (:

Liyana: My partner for this whole trip! You're really the bomb man! :D I really really enjoyed the trip and it was definitely because you were part of it! I'll miss going, 'you okay?' and all the fun times we had together. All the random and out of the blue stuff, which will never ever happen during a school day or rather in the classroom. Thanks for making this trip so awesome my dear! Loves! (You better take care of your wrist ah!)

Nurul: YO! Roommate you rock too! You caused me to laugh like crazy and go mad with you too! All the great 'music videos' and all the wonderful disappearing acts and all our girls talk with all the randomness involved. Aw man, i miss it! Thanks for waiting for me, rushing me, choosing for me, oh oh & teaching me to pack! HAHA with all the rolling and all. Our mothers for 8days in UK eh?  You're great! Loves!

Cassandra: The music girl! Thanks for helping to work the shower all the time! HAHAHHA. OH AND CATCHING THAT MILIPEIDE OR WHATEVER THAT WAS IN THE TOILET! HA! And all the wonderful songs with the weird actions plus all the music videos that you created to make me like insanely! Heh, i miss it all man! You are awesome, totally!

Clara: Ha! You're really really nice, like how you always are! And i got to know you better! Thank you for being such a good friend and helping me too! :)

Jill & Annabel : I LOVED THE LAST DAY WITH YOU TWO! <3 The wonderful stories, the lost rubbish bins, the empty-ing of my bag to make sure all my things are there. All the 'breathe' said and how i roared with laughter, running around clueless on what we were here for. HAHAH! You spiced the trip! The flight also rocked 'cos of how we couldn't stop laughing 'cos of the unknown human beside us who slept with his mouth open facing us. And how we went to the toilet and when we came back he was sitting on our seat belts, sleeping. THANKYOU BOTH OF YOU FOR MAKING ME SO HAPPY ALL THE TIME ! :D
